WHERE IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE?
The Try at Home service with Harper Concierge currently serves Greater London (all 32 boroughs).
HOW DO I PLACE MY TRY AT HOME ORDER?
Add up to 8 items to your basket per appointment. Once you are happy with your selection, select ‘In Greater London? Try at Home’ in the cart. If your postcode within Greater London is eligible for the service, you will be able to select a 1-hour appointment window at checkout. No payment will be taken at this stage.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO TRY MY PIECES?
Your Style Concierge will arrive at any time between your hour slot. You will have 40 minutes to try on your self-portrait selections.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?
There is a £15 service fee which will be waived if any purchase is made during your appointment.
HOW DO I PAY?
We are currently operating a contact-free service. Your Style Concierge can take contactless payment or send you a payment link so you can pay for the piece you decide to keep. Any items you don’t want will be returned for you, hassle-free.
WHO BRINGS MY SELF-PORTRAIT PIECES?
One of Harper’s Style Concierges will arrive within your selected appointment hour along with the pieces you have chosen to try on.
WHAT IS HARPER’S COMPLIMENTARY ASSISTANCE?
If you feel you might need a second opinion or assistance, your Style Concierge will be available via a phone call or Facetime during your appointment. We usually offer in-home assistance, which for the time being has been paused due to Coronavirus.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
Any items purchased during your Try at Home appointment are not eligible for returns. Please contact our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries about your purchase.
